Homemade Quick Fudge

         1 1/8   quarts Sugar
             1   cup butter
             1   cup milk
              
             1   package Marshmallows, Small, 10.5 oz.
             1   pint chocolate chips, semi-sweet
             1   teaspoon vanilla extract
                 optional nuts, mixed

     Mix and boil for 3 ingredients for 15 minutes.  Start timing when you turn
     heat on.

     Then add remaining ingredients.  Stir until chocolate and marshmellows are
     dissolved

     Place in a BUTTERED 9 x 13 cake pan

     Cut 10 X 7 (70 pieces per batch)
